Who we are

Mindwrinkles is operated by S.C. Condewrinkles Technologies S.R.L, Nr. 335, Sat Bacova, Oras Buzias, Timis, Romania, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at dan@danpatrascu.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in.
• The argument text you submit and the analyses we generate for you.
• Basic product-usage events, to run and improve the service.
• Minimal account metadata (for example, when your account was created).

We do not use passwords (sign-in is by a link we email you), and we never see your card details (Paddle handles payment).

Why we use it

We process this data to provide the service to you (performance of our contract) and to run, secure, and improve it (our legitimate interests).

Processors we use

• OpenAI, which runs the analysis on the text you submit.
• Supabase, our database and authentication provider.
• Vercel, our hosting provider.
• Paddle, which handles payments as merchant of record.
• Resend, which sends your sign-in emails.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in, set by our authentication. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner.

Your rights

You can access your data, export it (in-app data export), correct it, and delete it (in-app account deletion). You can also contact us or a supervisory authority. We keep your data until you delete it or your account; on the free tier we keep only your 5 most recent analyses.

International transfers

Our processors may store data outside Romania under appropriate safeguards.
